Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Real Estate after Bankruptcy

My bankruptcy was final 3 yrs ago, and now the home is up for sheriff sale, and I am getting all kinds of calls about the property and the fact that I need to sign papers. I have made it clear that this home was included in my bankruptcy. What can I do. I have no idea who has the home now bank or mortgage co. Do I have to answer any questions when people call. Also this is very annoying , I want nothing to do with this matter.

Re: Real Estate after Bankruptcy

There are facts missing. You do not have to sign papers or take phone calls. There may be a way to make some money on the sale if the facts are right. If you do not want to be bothered ignore everything. If there is a possibility of making some money have the matter reviewed by an attorney.
