A Property (vacant) is in the name of (7) brothers. (4) deceased (3) remaining. (1) brother has paid the taxes for last 10 years. Can he claim sole ownership? How can property be deeded to just one brother for purposes of selling property?

You say it is in the name of seven brothers? If the names on the deed are all seven then that is who owns it regardless of who pays the bills.
