Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Rent to Own home

The owner of my home offered me a set price to rent to own it which I agreed to however she will not write up a contract because she claims ''I trust you and you trust me''. Is there any way that I can

make her write up a contract for the

amount we agreed upon?

Re: Rent to Own home

Do not do this unless the agreement is in writing. An oral contract does not work.

Good luck to you.

Since April 10, 1774 all contracts for land must be in writing.

When someone says you don't need it in writing time to run from that deal.
