Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am renting a house that is going up for a sheriffs sale july 6th 2010, how can i keep the property ? What would i have to do or go about saying here ? I really don't want to mve from here.

The bank will likely take the property back at sherrif sale and they or the new buyer will contact you about signing a new lease, or getting out, if that is what they choose. It will be their decision ultimately.
