Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

rent/owner

I being the doughter of the dacessed, living on the property would like to know if I have the right to take over ownership of house, being the one that has paid for the property for 7 yr's and i'm still paying for it.the bank has title and my name is on there as c/o me.She has a will it is not filed as having a will ,step farther is contesting it. where do I stand can I file some papers to keep the house, in the will it is left to me but it is not owned by any one and I am paying the bill.

Your question is not clear and I suggest you consult with legal counsel. The current status of the title must be reviewed. Are you a record owner or just a partial owner. If you are a partial owner then the will must be probated in order to give you clear title. If you do not take care of the status of title, future sales or refinancing will be impossible.
