Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Searching for the identity of the builder of a certain house in Sewickley, PA.
Hello,
I'm not sure this is really a legal question but here goes: I have searched everywhere on the web and cannot locate any resourse that can open the public records for various builders in Sewickley, PA. that were building in the 1950's and 60's. When I was a kid, we rented a house on Camp Meeting Road in Sewickley, PA. I fell in love with that house and the other 2 houses he built in my small neighborhood. I am trying to locate this builder because I want to build a home very similar to it now.
Please advise and thank you.

Try going to the township building and seeing if they did a building permit for the houses. They should list the name of the builder.
