Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

I am being Harrased and I am the one being draged through the mud

I reported a compliant to my supervisor about a woman looking up my shorts and she didn't do anything about it. Then the woman did it again she looked down my shirt, i couldn't tell my boss cause it was friday and she was gone. Then she put a sign on my back about being ''easy''. I filed a complaint about to my boss when she came back and they are giving ME a hard time about it. the woman wasn't fired only suspended for 1 day. They tell me that i am being insubordinate and they suspend me for 3 days. this isn't fair. they are singling me out.

You did the right thing by reporting the harassment to your supervisor. You should not be disciplined in any way for doing so. It is a violation of both state and federal law to retaliate against an employee for making a report of gender based harassment or unlawful discrimination of any kind. (Same sex harassment may or may not qualify as gender based depending on the circumstances.) However, if the discipline was for insubordination unrelated to the harassment report, your employer is not violating any law. If you feel strongly that you are being subjected to retaliation for making a report you should seek out an attorney to review the facts in detail.
