File an appeal within the 60 day time limit.

I do not understand your statement that you do not have a diagnosis but the evidence is overwhelming.

Social Security Regs focus on 1. A medically determinable impairment (clear diagnosis) and 2. How the effects of that impairment keep you from working.

So if you don't have 1 and 2, other facts, opinions or other evidence, no matter how overwhelming they may seem to you, will not help you win case.

Hire an experienced Social Security attorney who can help develop the medical record. Keep appealing one application - do not file new applications.
