Legal Question in Veterans Law in Pennsylvania

va disability increase

i have had 10%for over 20 years now, and about 10 or 13 years ago i was turned down for an increase in benefits. as i get older my back problem has gotten so bad that i have constant numbness in my hips , left leg, left foot, and left arm and hand.I am now 51 years old and it is getting worse as I age. I am unemployed now and no one wants to hire me because of my back disability that i have to state on applications because it flairs up time to time and must take a few days off to recoup. I cannot stand for long and sit for long or pick up heavy objects at all, I only feel comfortable laying down and not even for long at all.I have not gone to the va for my problem in years because they just say they cant see anything on the exrays and just give me motrin that does not even take the pain away. But this is unbarable lately and I want an upgrade to 70 or 80 percent, since i have a hard time finding work now! how does it look for a substancial increase on my va bebefits at this time?

I handle Veterans Affairs issues. You may have some options; however, I need to know more details to better assess the situation.

Feel free to contact me if you would like to set up an initial consultation, free of charge. If we set up an appointment, I'd be happy to initiate the call in order to save you in long distance charges.
