My grandmother died in July 2009.She left her home to her 4 grandchildren.I am one of those grandchildren.My uncle has power of attorney papers.He has sold her home through a realtor. We were put out the house with a 30 day notice by a court order. What do we as the grandchildren need to do to get our money from the sale?The judge that provided the court order stated that we should sue my uncle and the realtor.If this is true what type of lawyer will we need?
