Do I need a Lawyer???

No Will,Not much in his Estate,why do I need a Lawyer. Does Pa require forms from the Attorney reguarding my Uncles Estate if its under 20,000.00? I have a Lawyer but I think he's trying to run the Estate Dry.

An estate must be set up to administer and distribute any assets owned by your uncle. There is no other way. If you do not know the probate laws of Pennsylvania yourself, I strongly suggest you use an attorney.
