Lost will, inherited house
My boyfriend inhereted a house from his grandmother however no one can find the will.He is currently living at the property he had told me that since no one can find the will or the attorney that drew it up that it is now his mother, and his two aunts.His mother and one of his aunts are willing to sighn it over to him but the second aunt won't he has been keeping up the taxes and the property for at least six years now and has been living there also for at least 6 years. What can he do to legally get the house in his name. Can the two parties being his mother and aunt sighn there shares over?

Your boyfriend's mother and his aunt can sign over their 2/3 interest in the property to your boyfriend. If the other aunt is unwilling to simply sign over her interest, my suggestion would be to offer her some money to buy out her 1/3 interest in the property, offsetting the taxes/upkeep since his grandmother's death.
This should be cleared up ASAP because if something happens to your boyfriend's aunt, her 1/3 interest in the property would then become part of her estate and will be passed to the beneficiaries of her will and if she does not have a will, then to her heirs. Then he will have more people to deal with in order to get the deed in his name.
