Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

How do i obtain a short certificate from my great uncle who died in pa, i was given his car by the executor and i have the title but i need that to transfer the tags and regisration.

A short certificat if tha is what you need can be obtained from the register of wills where the estate is being probated. The executor should have these also.
