Can I do a Trust Fund for an incarcerated offspring so there can be $$'s available to him/her at the time of parole (since I will probably will be dead by then) without actually having the funds available until my own demise..ie: life insurance proceeds ?

Re: trusts

The short answer is you can do that. However, you should have a lawyer do it so that the trust exists. That way the trust can be a beneficiary of the life insurance policy.

All this needs to be done correctly as you won't be there to tell anybody what you really meant.
