Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Will wording question
in a will how can i word: 45% goes to person A and 45% goes to person B and the remaining 10% is divided between two persons C and D not to exceed $5000 each. If the remaining should exceed $5000 each for person C and D, that remainder is to be divided between persons A and B.
