Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

denied comp., appealed

denied on 120 day rule? its carpal tunnel synd and I,m a truck driver. they said its not a work related injury and because i spoke to work doctor about it a year ago and did not tell them it is not covered.

surgeon and doctor both say its weork related and web search says driving listed in top jobs to cause syndrom. So I should be ok their, its the 120 day thing im woried about.

They have a lawyer and i do not. They are supenna all records. How do i fight the 120 day rule? do i have a chance??

I don't think the 120 day rule is anything to worry about. You should get an attorney, though, otherwise the insurance company is probably going to win.
