Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

PA Accident while working

I work in sales and was traveling out of state on business with my own personal vehile. We are paid 48cents per mile as per IRS compensation, While traveling I was in an at fault accident. Is my company responsible for the expenses incurred? Deductible - rental car etc...?

I don't think your company would be responsible for property damage, deductible or rental car, etc. If you were injured, however, they would be responsible for medical expense and for partial payment of lost wages as workers' compensation benefits.
