Required times of treatment

Can an employer require that follow-up treatment occur outside of regular work hours after injury has occurred during regular work hours?

Generally, the answer is yes. So long as your doctor has hours, that don't require you to miss work. If, however, you must see a doctor during hours, there is generally no requirement that you you get paid for that time, so long as you are able to physically perform your job.
