i signed a compromise and release

i signed a compromise and release. the insurance company was s.w.i.f. the judge approved the compromise and release aggreement. it has been 3 weeks since my hearing. how long does it take for them to issue my check?

Although the judge approved the settlement from the bench, payment will not be made until the judge issues a written decision approving the decision. Most judges do this quickly. Once the written decision is circulated, you should have your check within 14 days.
