Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Do tou need a Dr. statemant

Hello, do you still need a dr.s statemant if you have every single piece of paper that reports what is wrong with you?? i have the result papers of all my MRI.S CT.SCANS XRAYS, EMG,REPORTS..YOU NAME IT ,I AND MY LAWYER HAVE IT..ALSO when does my lawyer start to give my papers to the judge?? we have had 2 hearings and feb 08,is the next and last hearing..the co.lawyer has given papers in up to (g) this is all new to me thank you for your answer and 1 more question please..am i aloud to give the judge any papers or speak up at this hearing..

This appears to be a workers' compensation hearing. If so, you should probably have a deposition of a physician unless you've recovered from the work injury and you were off less than one year. If it was the latter situation, then you have to submit a physician's report.
