Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Workers Compensation

I was injured on January 14, 2008, and was not able to work, and I started to collect workers comp benefits. The temp company contacted me on January 28, 2008 and said that their client did not need my services anymore, and I was let go. On April 17, 2008, the doctor released me back to full duty, but their was no job for me to go back too since the company let me go back in January. I have not found any work yet. How does the workers compensation law/ benefits apply to this situation? Will I still receive benefits until I find gainful employment?

Re: Workers Compensation

You should receive benefits until you return to work at the same or higher wages.
