my employer charge me 300k portion of total unremitted accts in our company,what are the cases that they will possibly file and what i need to do to not get in prison?tnx

If you took them then it could be qualified theft or estafa. They will charge you of qualified theft so that it is non-bailable. The amount involved is more than P222K.
