i want to file a case to my x husband cause we have 2 kids and i want him to support my 2 kids he working now in mc donalds can i file him a cese so so he can support monthly my 2 son's?

Hi,
You can file a criminal case against your husband for violation of RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children) . Refusal to give financial support is a form of economic violence which is punished under the RA 9262.
You may not want your husband to go to jail but filing a criminal case against him is the most effective coercive legal process to get financial support from him as soon as possible.
