good day!i have some questions that i need an ans...hope you will help me.my cousin and his bf has a child age 4,my cousin is in abroad and the child is w/ her father they're not married my cousin wants to get her daughter from his bf since she's the one providing for all the needs of her daughter and now the father is hiding my niece from us.what should we do?thanks

File a criminal case for violation of RA 9262 Violence Against Women and Their Children. The fact that he has been depriving the mother of the custody can be a form of psychological violence. Or she can resort to filing a petition for habeas corpus with child custody.
