Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Marital Infidelity and Child Support

I am separated (not legally) and am in a relationship with someone else. My 3 year old son is with me. My husband is threatening me that if I demand support he will sue for adultery and take my son away from me. He refuses to give support unless I give him the child. I am solely supporting and taking care of my son. What should I do?

Re: Marital Infidelity and Child Support

you have no option but to rush up your petition for nullity of marriage. this way, should your marriage with the husband be nullified, he cannot threaten you any longer. after nullification, you can sue him for support. thanks
