Petition of Declaration of Nullity of Marriage

You need to file a Petition for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage on the ground that your marriage to your husband was bigamous without your knowledge. Simply because he was married before does not automatically invalidate your marriage. There must be a formal court declaration as required by the Supreme Court.
This was advised to me by an attorney. How to file the said DECLARATION? What are the requirements and documents that i have to submit to the court?How long can I get the said Declaration?

You have to see your lawyer to file the petition. You cannot do it on your own. Only lawyers can initiate the petition. Thanks
