Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
I am with my Boyfriend for about 6 yrs. Now he wants to apply for a Fiancee Visa.
He is a U.S. Citizen and I am a Filipina now he wants to apply for a Fiance Visa we both don't know the requirements. Every year he takes a vacation to see me. But now he did'nt take a vacation for about 3yrs now but we talk a lot everyday. The question is can he still apply for a K1 Fiance Visa for me? The Last we met is 3yrs ago we have a lot of proofs? Any lawyers, Experts or Experience person could help us on this? Thank you!

Your boyfriend can engage an immigration lawyer in the US to file the K-1 Visa in the US. Then once the same has been approved you will receive a notice coming from the US Embassy in Manila. In short, the initial step is for your boyfriend to file the application in the US where he is a resident. He can do this with the help of a US counsel.
