Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
can i get married in United States, specifically in Oregon, if i'm 17 yrs. old and from the Philippines? if so, what kind of visa will i be needing? my fiance is a U.S. citizen.

Your problem is you do not have a visa to go to the United States. You may apply for a tourist's visa but your chances of being given one is very very slim. Your boyfriend must file a petition for fiancee visa for you. Once you are issued a fiancee visa, you can enter the US to marry your fiance.
