Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

I am in a supervisory position and am employed here in the Philippines. I am scheduled to travel abroad in the mother company of my company for business/work purpose. Question is, if one of my work day there abroad falls on a Philippine Holiday, will I be entitled for a holiday (double) pay or at least will it be added as additional vacation leave? What are my rights based on our labor law? Or is it company policy that will govern? Which means I need to follow the foreign holidays instead of Philippine holidays? Thank you for your comment/answer.

If you are monthly paid and your employer is using 365 days as the divisor then all the days are already paid inclusive of the regular holiday, special holiday and rest days that you did not work. If you are a managerial employee as defined by law then you are not entitled to holiday pay.
