Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Philippines
our proclaimed land is under presidential proclamation and it was Air transfortation Office property before but in title of lot alloted to beneficiaries stated Republic of the Philippines so is ATO still who have jurisdiction in that lot

It is not clear if the said property was already awarded in your favor. Try to verify the matter to the government agency that awarded the lot.
