Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Hallo Attorneys, Good Day to all!! i am Gina of Surigao del Sur, i just want to seek an advices from you regarding with my Property problem now. My mom inherited some land from her parents, they have divided this into four parts since they are four children left. I bought the part of my one uncle (neigbor part of my mom) as well as the part of my mom. we had papers of that of course from the lawyer in tandag (Deed of Absolute Sale), now this land is Titled into my name (2006). Now my probel is: I have an Adopted brother (Son of the brother of my mom), he only stayed in our palce for only a year then his parents get him back. My mom died last December 2007, since then this adopted brother (or shall i say the real mom) running after his part from the land (part of my mom) and sent me death threath messages that if i dont give him his part he will kill me. His father as one of the signaturies in the Absolute of Sale denied that he signed any papers concerning with the land. My Question is: Does he really still had a part of that land? can i file a case to him with this death threaths messages? Please HELP me.. my mind is now tortured in all of this things, i cannot do any steps from now coz i am in Germany and am scared maybee he do something with my dad who is now looking after in the land.

If the property has been sold to you at the time that your mom and uncle were alive then this adopted brother has no right at all. It was totally different if the sale took place after the death of the vendors. As to the death threat have it recorded on the police blotter.
