child support

hello, my name is--name removed--and i am from Puerto Rico. my question is: i'm divorce, i have four teenagers there ages are:(20,18,15,12)same dad. he pays me $800.00 dollars that goes on the rented house that i live with my kids. he got married again and didnt want us to know. but we knew anyway. my daughter who is 20 just work, my other daughter 18 is in college, the last two 15 and 12 are in school. my question is if i have the right to re-evaluate the case, if i can ask for more money for them or at least for the two youngest ones so they could have some cash for their needs... at the moment i'm not working i'm in college also.i took a course to work on condominus ( administrator agent) but with no luck to find a job. hope you could help me... thanks. My impression is that you may be entitled to receive an adjustment on your pension. You would need to petition the court to adjudicate, not only the portion of the pension that pertains to alimony, but also the housing and education expenses. Moreover, the kid in college may also be entitled to a pension, so long as she is studying towards a degree.
