Can land that is curently under litigation through

the municipal court of Puerto Rico be put up for sale

or auctioned during this proceeding ?

It depends if an order prohibiting its sale has been issued. The question is actually too broad and may require the specific facts to be answered. However the general rule is that a person can sell himself out of litigation and proffer personal guarantee of the title.
