Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Puerto Rico

Inheritance of property - contested by uncle

My maternal grandparents owned 4 properties. 2 in Luquillo, 1 in Fajardo and 1 in Rincon. They also had bank accounts. They passed away. My mother also passed away. My uncle is living on a property in Luquillo and rents one property in Luquillo and one in Fajardo. He uses illegal drugs and we are not in communication. He does not wish to sell the 4 properties to split the inheritance. I am a Minister. I do not have funds up front to deal with him legally but will have funds once the four properties are sold. Needed is an attorney firm that can assist me to get this matter sorted out such that the properties are sold and any funds after taxes/outstanding bills are divided evenly and the assisting attorney firm paid. Can your firm assist me? or direct me to a firm that can assist me?

Thank you.
