property and finacial assets of dead parents
how do we obtain the deed for house in puerto rico . and sell the house in puerto rico and find parents bank cd accounts left for grand children when we have no death certificate or property papers.

The title to the property needs to be investigated through the Property Register in Puerto Rico.
