Both my husband and I live in RI. We have been married for seven years and have a four year old daughter. We have been separates for three months. We are looking to have a no fault divorce. I am a stay at home mom. I want to ask how much I should get for child support and alimony? Can either one of us start dating?

Child support is set by the Family court guidelines. You may be entitled to alimony. You should speak to a lawyer.
