Legal Question in Family Law in Rhode Island

I would like to know if is possible for both parents to come to an agreement and decide to received the monthly child support with out going thru the court. At this point the child support payments are been made thru the court but since we all know that when this process goes thru the court the custostodial parent don't received the full amount that the non-custodial parent gives.

?? Custodial parent receives the full amount.

You can enter a court order to pay the support without going through DOR provded DOR does not have a lien for benefits.
