i want to get married

im legal in the united states & my partner isn't. i wanted to know if is possible to marry each other here or would he have to move back to his country?

There are several factors to consider but the first two that I would want to know are: 1) are you a US citizen; and 2) did your spouse enter the country legally or run across the border illegally?
