Fake Phone Calls Through Internet
My roommate uses a website titled www.fakephonecalls.com and can make calls pretending to be other people. He has used it on me and several other people. To me this sounds very illegal and I just needed that clarification to share with him. Thanks.

Yes it violates state and federal laws.
