Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

help me please

Yes my husband raheem--name removed--is in new hanover county jail in wilmington north carolina.. They are holdin him for south carolina for violation of parole.. They cant hold him no longer than 60 days can they? And when he does get to sc what sentence is he lookin at? He got aarrested september 29th 2003 and i was in the hospital havin our daughter.. But they say they got him for drugs but there is no way because he didnt have no money or drugs when i left him.. So what is really good.. Then he is in jauul they dont give him his insulin shots or covers for these cold nights that we have been havin he has to sleep on the floor and people is gettin bit by spiders in his cell and they are not treating them.. Also theyw ill not let me take out daughter to se him in jail and he hasnt seen her yet.. They wont take himt o court to sign his expedition papers either so they just keep holdin him for nothin.. Also one more thing he has a threatening charge in bladen county in north carolina what is he lookin at for it ? If u could please email wit this info i would appreciate it.. Ohh and why wont they give my husband a bond? Thanks alot

If your husband is being held for a probation violation, then they will bring him back to South Carolina where he will appear before a judge. The judge will decide if he did in fact violate the terms of his probation, and if so, what should happen to him. He has the right to a hearing and can put forth a defense at the hearing.
