The answer is that it probably does count toward child support. If your husband has been ordered to pay child support and he is giving you checks for the support from his girlfriend then the court will very likely give him credit for that support. On a separate note, I would certainly make photo copies of the checks from his girlfriend to use if you plan on getting a divorce on the fault ground of adultery.
