Child Support

I am a full time student with no job, and I am currently pregnant. I don't have any insurance, and I have been denied by Medicaid. Does the father of my child have to help with medical expenses???

Re: Child Support

Family Court can make the father pay the medical expenses related to the child, which can include birth expenses. You must bring an action to have this done.
