Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My daughter s grandparents have custody of her and she now wants to move home they have agreed to this but i need to know what we need to do to make it legal

In order to make it legal, you will need a Court Order. If everyone is in agreement, the process is not long, difficult, or terribly expensive. I will be glad to meet with you to discuss the process and the costs involved.
