Legal age to move out

I am 16 years old and my parents are getting a divorce,i want to move out because i don't want to choose who to live with. in South Carolina, how old do you have to be to leave your home?

You do not reach legal age until 18. You do not have the right to chose which parent you will live with in a divorce action. Legal custody will be decided by the court and probably a guardian will be appointed to protect your best interests.

You need to stay home, finish your high school, and consider additional training. The divorce is not your problem. It is your parents problem.
