Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

How do I modify my visitation

I have visitation with my child. But, I am not allowed to see him. When I call to try and make arrangements I get threatened with harrasment. I have travled to see him and even using the police to enforce the court order. Nothing happened.

It depends on what you are trying to modify. You have to do it by written motion and order. The legal standard is high and it may be difficult. I'd need to know more to give you advice beyond that.
