If your husband is a foreigner, but you are a US permanent resident having a child abroad, then after the child is born, you should contact the nearest US embassy or consulate for the travel document for the child, to take him with you back to the USA as a resident. This must be done during your first trip to USA after the birth of the child.

For all details, contact the embassy.

This is assuming that you didn't abandon your residency by extended stay abroad (longer than one year), or have a reentry permit.
