Legal Question in Immigration Law in South Carolina

About two questions on the Affidavit of Support form

If i make $34.000.00 a year, do I 'm off the poverty line to file a petition for my widow daughter and three kids.? (My hosehold is only myself (1). This same form, ask aboutAsset, like Savings, Stocks, bonds, certificate of deposits, Life Insurance with cahs value,Ral State, etc. If I do not own, or have any of this, how much chance do I have for my application to be approved, so I can bring them to live with me.? I'm a Central American U.S.Citizen. Two years ago,I applied for a visitor visa for them, but it was denied by the American Consulate on the country of origin.

Re: About two questions on the Affidavit of Support form

What do you want to do?

Which is your migratory status?

What does Central American US citizen mean?

Your message is not clear enough to elicit any advice. However I can suggest to you that you look for a qualified attorney that speaks your primary language, and in the alternative your native language so you can communicate to him exactly what it is you want. The Affidavit you are inquiring about is part of other forms mainly a I-130 for petioning spouses and family members. Depending on what it will be used for is the level of support that you have to prove. The reason behind it, is so the inmigrant does not become a public charge. There are many details for filing these forms that are better attended when done through an attorney.
