Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

I was recently attacked by a neighbor's German Shephard, Chow mix while walking my black lab down the opposite side of the neighborhood street. The German Shephard mix that attacked us barreled through an invisible fence after getting shocked twice. The dog attack both myself and my dog, knocking us over and reinjuring my old back injury, causing extreme pain especially for my line of work for the federal government. I did file a police report and have all records pertaining to the incident. Two questions. First, do I have a strong personal injury case against this individual?, and second what would this process entail? Thank you for your potential submission.

I think you have a case. The strength of your case will depend on a number of factors. I am representing someone at this time where coverage for their injuries was denied by the dog owners insurance company because the dog was a pit bull/chow mix.

The process would require you to contact the homeowner and get the name of their insurance carrier or contact an attorney experienced in this area of law.
