Hi my mom owns her house and and she wants to keep the house in her name because she does not want me to have to pay here tax's but want to add me to the deed what type of deed should we file.

The deed is called a Warranty Deed. One thing is that if the house is financed, then you would need the bank's permission to change the deed.
