Executor

ii you have a durable power of attorney that will expire when you die how do you go about naming a person as your executor? What kind of form/s would be needed to do this?

A durable Power of Attorney expires with the maker. A will survives the maker and an executor of the will or Personal Representative carries out the maker's wishes.

You need a will. go see an attorney. Wills have special requirements that laymen do not know. If you make your own will , your will may be contested and set aside or just not be acceptable to the Probate Court.
